1. About The QU4RTER

The QU4RTER enables users to participate in the ownership of physical artworks through fractional access (“Fractions”).

2. What You Are Acquiring

When you acquire a Fraction, you are:

• Participating in the ownership of a physical artwork
• Gaining a proportional interest associated with that artwork

Fractions are not digital goods, tokens, or virtual items. Fractions represent structured participation in real-world artworks, which are authenticated, stored, and managed.

Ownership records are maintained by The QU4RTER as the authoritative record of participation.

3. Nature of the Service

The QU4RTER:

• Facilitates access to fractional ownership
• Enables collection-building across artworks

The QU4RTER does not:

• Guarantee future value
• Provide financial advice
• Operate as a trading exchange at launch

4. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to pay the stated price.

Where applicable, credits, allocations, or promotional adjustments may be applied at checkout, reducing the amount payable.

All transactions are final except where required by law.

5. Ownership and Custody

Artworks:

• Are held and managed on behalf of participants
• Are professionally stored

Users do not take physical possession.

6. Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Use the platform appropriately

We may suspend accounts for misuse.

7. Risk

Art collecting involves risk. You acknowledge:

• Values may fluctuate
• Liquidity is not guaranteed
• Future trading features are not yet available

8. Future Features

We may introduce:

• Peer-to-peer trading
• Portfolio tools
• Additional services

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to The QU4RTER.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Changes in artwork value
• User decisions
• Temporary service interruptions
